Position Overview Seeking a versatile RN to serve as both Position Overview Seeking a versatile RN to serve as both House Supervisor and Float Pool RN . This role involves leading hospital operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery across departments. Responsibilities include managing staffing, patient flow, and responding to urgent events such as codes and rapid responses. The RN also acts as a hospital-wide resource, mentoring teams and supporting clinical judgment. As a Float Pool RN, the role requires providing high-quality nursing care across various units, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and quickly adapting to different patient populations and workflows. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations confidently. Qualifications Include Graduate of a school of nursing Minimum three years hospital nursing experience Current RN license in the applicable state BLS and ACLS certifications before first shift Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and five years of hospital experience.
