About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs to provide strategic leadership in the development and management of the medical education program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing preclinical and clinical education, student affairs, admissions, continuous quality improvement, and accreditation. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of medical education, and the Senior Associate Dean will work closely with the Dean to design and implement initiatives that align with the institution's mission of producing compassionate, highly skilled physicians. The position also involves ultimate responsibility for the educational program's design and management, with a focus on the integration of medical education, student affairs, admissions, enrollment, financial aid, and clinical skills training.
