The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one personalized fitness instruction to clients while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. A GYMGUYZ Trainer will provide professional instruction for each client's health, fitness and wellness goals while providing the highest level of customer service. Job is part time to full time.

We are seeking to grow the team of NJ's largest and most successful personal training company. Our team members bring the positive energy and equipment right to the client's doorstep with the most effective accountability model possible as we bring the workout to them, and create a strong emotional trainer-client bond. This unique approach gets clients training with consistency and frequency, producing results that have escaped them via gyms, classes, and diets.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients in their homes.
• Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Provide motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a safe and effective workout environment for clients.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices to enhance training sessions.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for client appointments efficiently.

Requirements include:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification.
• Experience in personal training or fitness coaching preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition principles.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
