Job Title: Buyer Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Buyer with a strong background in purchasing within the manufacturing sector. This role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and involves working collaboratively in a team of buyers to manage purchase orders, plan raw materials, handle POs, and maintain supplier relationships.

• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Plan and coordinate raw material requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to support purchasing activities.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers.
• Utilize ERP systems to track inventory and manage procurement processes.
• Monitor and analyze purchasing activities to optimize supply chain efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in managing purchase orders and procurement processes.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management.

• Experience in a buyer role within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This position is based in an office environment, with working hours from Monday to Friday. It offers a long-term contract opportunity to support the team during a period of implementation.

This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
