Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Morrow, GA 30260 (Onsite)

Pay: $28$30+ per hour during training. Additional $2/hour shift differential after transition to 3rd shift.

Position Overview:

• Hands-on maintenance role supporting high-volume manufacturing operations
• Focused on keeping production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently
• Direct-hire opportunity with long-term stability and growth

Schedule & Term:

• Direct hire
• First 90 days: 1st shift for training and onboarding
• After 90 days: 3rd shift (overnight)

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production systems
• Diagnose issues, replace components, and calibrate equipment as needed
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Document maintenance activity and support safety initiatives
