Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Clinical-stage biotechnology company seeking an experienced clinical trial manager to oversee global trial planning, execution, and vendor management. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing site activities, and maintaining data integrity throughout the clinical development process.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and execute global clinical trials with cross-functional coordination
- Manage vendors and contractors supporting trial operations and site activities
- Lead study-specific meetings including investigator meetings and internal core team sessions
- Develop informed consent forms, electronic case report forms, and monitoring protocols
- Monitor site performance, enrollment metrics, data quality, and protocol compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences
- 3+ years as project or clinical trial manager in biotech/pharma
- Experience managing large, global, complex Phase 2 clinical trials
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, ICH GCP, HIPAA, human research protection
- Strong project management and organizational skills
