Job Order #: 125725 Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Helper to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position supports maintenance technicians by assisting with facility upkeep, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and general housekeeping to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and enjoys hands-on work in an industrial setting. Required Experience & Skills
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous maintenance, janitorial, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance tasks Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repair projects
• Perform general housekeeping and cleanup of work areas
• Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the facility as needed
• Support preventative maintenance activities on equipment and facilities
• Inspect work areas and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
• Assist with additional maintenance and facility support duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous industrial maintenance or facilities experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent manual handling of tools, materials, and equipment
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed Work Environment

• Exposure to machinery, tools, and maintenance equipment
