Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Vermont
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Clean professional license with no current or prior disciplinary action
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
