With our partnership with North Shore, there may be an opportunity to become a permanent employee at one of our facilities.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patient and perform assessments; clinical documentation; care plan development; communication with the physician, care team members, patient, and family.Wound care, Infusion therapy, and Disease Management.Provide direct supervision of nursing clinical care team.Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physician.Keeps medication room and medication cart clean, orderly, and locked according to regulations. Responsible for security of keys and counting of medications.Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required.Ensure that all aspects of resident care plans are implemented and maintained.Admit, transfer and discharge residents as necessary to meet the resident's individual needs and maintain the overall safety of other residents, staff and visitors.Ensure compliance with infection control standards.Participate in regular case conferences and in-services.The duties and responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive. There may be other tasks assigned to the role that should be managed professionally and respectfully.RequirementsCurrent Wisconsin nursing licenseNegative TB test within last 6 weeksExperience with Point Click Care (PCC)Experience in wound careAt least 3 months experience in long-term careCompetency to carry out procedures that the physician orders that are within the scope of nursingProficient communication, organizational and time management skillsAble to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.).Exceptional customer serviceWorking as a team mentalityReliable transportationDemonstrate basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications, Experience with PCC a plus.CompensationPay is determined based on years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).Pay Range for LPN: $32-$35 per hourPay Range for RN: $53 - $56 per hourMidwest Clinical Resource, LLC is not a 1099 employer.
