Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ (Candidates living in Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Rio Verde, Cave Creek, Anthem, Wittmann, Fort McDowell, and Fountain Hills are encouraged to apply.)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Full-time)

Compensation: starting at $45/hour depending on RN, NP, PA and experience, PLUS performance bonus structure

What You'll Do

As an Aesthetic Injector, you will:

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients on available aesthetic and wellness services.
• Drive patient retention through follow-up care, rebooking, and treatment planning.
• Help achieve clinic performance goals including revenue, treatment conversion, memberships, and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, educational events, community outreach, and social media content.
• Mentor and support fellow providers while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Contribute ideas that improve patient experience, clinic operations, and business growth.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license.
• Previous experience in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic injectables.
• Health & wellness industry experience required.
• Proven ability to build strong patient relationships and maintain a loyal client base.
• Strong consultation, communication, and sales skills.
• Passion for delivering natural, exceptional aesthetic outcomes.
