Join us and be part of a professional and mission-driven organization that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of Idahoans.Job Responsibilities Include:Provide administrative and operational support to Home Programs and Project Finance staff, including managing files, preparing materials, handling document management, assist with special projects, research, and financial reportingManage accounts payable activities, prepare monthly reimbursement requests, and coordinate reconciliations with the Federal Programs AccountantSupport program monitoring and compliance efforts, including annual occupancy compliance activities, affordability period tracking, and collection of audits, documentation, and reportingPrepare notices, legal publications, meeting agendas, minutes, monthly reports, and correspondenceServe as a point of contact for general inquiries, providing timely and courteous support to internal and external partnersOther job duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, loan servicing, accounting support, affordable housing, or a related fieldAssociate's or bachelor's degree preferredProficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and ExcelModerate travel may be required Idaho Housing and Finance Association
