Come discover new challenges with an industry leader!We are looking for experienced Press Operators for night shift. Work hours are Sunday to Thursday 11pm to 7am.Hourly rate is from $22.00 to $28.00 and negotiable depending on experience. A 15% shift differential will be paid in addition to the hourly rate.Pre-employment background and drug testing required.CCL offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. These are just some of the benefits we offer.Duties/Responsibilities:Sets up and operates press to print pressure sensitive labels.Reads and interprets work order and job specifications.Verifies proper material, ink, tooling, plates and press settings and ensures compliance to color standards prior to production.Minimizes downtime and reduces waste through proper set up and operation of press.Maintains good housekeeping, follows GMPs and follows safe operating procedures.Troubleshoots and corrects production problems.Coordinates press changeovers and may assist in training as needed.Requirements:Good mechanical skills and mathematical aptitude.Ability to read and interpret technical data.Basic experience with hand tools.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to bend, reach, climb, push, pull and stand for long periods.Must be punctual, self-motivated and able to work independently.Must be open to work overtime as needed.Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma preferredRecent work experience as a Press Operator (Required)
