What You’ll Do Set the tone for hospitality across the entire location so every member and guest feels known, cared for, and glad they came Conceive and execute events, pop-ups, and activations that bring new people in and deepen relationships with members Build the brand’s presence in the Boston market and pursue partnerships with aligned local businesses Lead, develop, and hold accountable a full team across fitness, spa, sales, and front desk Own the location’s total revenue across memberships, spa, retail, and recovery Run tight operations, budgets, scheduling, staffing, and facility standards that never slip Be the face of the location, present on the floor, visible in the community, setting the example every day Who You Are You come from hospitality. You know how to create experiences that bring people together and grow a community You are creative and community-minded, and you see opportunity in the market that others miss You are a proven operator who can lead a multidisciplinary team without letting anything fall through the cracks You are comfortable across both fitness and spa environments.
