• Number of Beds: 120
• Number of Staff: 50
• Type of staff: Day Shift RNs and MHTs, Night Shift RNs and MHTs
• Patient Ratios: 1:8/9 Days and Nights (Estimated and never guaranteed)
• Type of equipment: Welsh Allen VS Machines
• EMR: Meditech

Typical hiring profile:

• Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• BLS, CPI Certification/ Will accept Calm Every Storm Certification
• 1-year of current Behavioral Health experience
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Strong Behavioral Health Inpatient experience

• BH admissions/discharges
• Lead RN resources classes provided
• Floating to other Inpatient adult BH Units
