Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neonatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan . Metropolitan Hospital is a full-service community hospital that provides state-of-the-art care and leading-edge technology in a modern environment. Opportunity Details:

• Provide patient care in Level III NICU with 15 beds.
• Care for newborn infants until they are ready to go home.
• Flexible call schedule - 24/7 NICU coverage.
• Enjoy a great quality of life providing prenatal care for high-risk infants in a great NYC location.
• Teach and supervise medical students and residents.

• Board Certification in Pediatrics Required.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Required.
• Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $250,000* (board eligible); $260,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $370,520** (board eligible) and $381,520** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
• Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
• Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
