Senior Data Engineer

Job Location : Jersey City, NJ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) Required Skills 6–10 years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering. Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Databricks . Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services. Advanced programming skills in Python . Strong expertise in Apache Spark/PySpark . Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines. Experience working with structured and unstructured data. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Quartz Scheduler . Experience with Delta Lake and Databricks optimization. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF), ADLS Gen2, Synapse Analytics, or Azure DevOps. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git. Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus.
