As part of our growing organization, we are looking for a Field Services Technician based in Germany. Location: Germany Department: Field Services Employment Type: Full-time Job requirements Perform installation, integration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of Trio Mobil devices and systems at customer sites Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial IoT and safety solutions Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in the field Support hardware and system commissioning processes for customer deployments Conduct field measurements, device testing, and system verification activities Collaborate closely with technical support, engineering, and project teams Prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation Deliver high-quality technical support and maintain strong customer relationships during onsite operations Travel frequently within Germany and occasionally across Europe when required Qualifications Degree from a Technical Vocational School or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Telecommunications or related technical disciplines Fluency in German and English is required Hands-on experience in field service, installation, maintenance, or technical support roles Experience with vehicle electronics, industrial machinery, automation systems, telematics, IoT devices, or industrial safety systems is highly preferred Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in field environments Strong communication and teamwork capabilities Flexible and adaptable to dynamic operational environments Willingness to travel extensively Valid driver’s license and active driving experience Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools What We Offer Private health insurance Birthday leave Opportunity to work with next-generation AI & IoT technologies Dynamic, international, and collaborative work environment Learning and development opportunities within innovative R&D-driven projects Career growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling global technology company Data Privacy Notice (GDPR) Any personal data shared with Trio Mobil during the application process will be processed solely for recruitment and hiring purposes in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR requirements.
