People Systems & Analytics Manager This position is full‑time hybrid based in San Francisco, CA. It reports to the Director of People Operations. The incumbent will function as the internal product owner for the People tech stack and architect of people data strategy, ensuring technology supports a national caregiving workforce, and turning data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Systems Roadmap and Product Ownership: Act as primary architect for our People technology, ensuring our ATS, HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits systems scale with headcount. Workday Implementation Ownership: Lead the transition to Workday, translating business requirements into scalable configurations and ensuring data architecture supports long‑term growth. Lead Systems Updates & Transitions: Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of system evaluations and implementations, gathering requirements, managing timelines, and configuring technical integrations. Integrations & Automations: Build and monitor connections between systems to eliminate manual data entry and guarantee accurate, reliable data flow. People Data Strategy & Governance: Define how we collect, store, and use people data, select critical metrics, and maintain audit‑ready, compliant data. People Analytics Strategy: Work with Business Analytics associate to develop data models, dashboards, and visualizations that support growth decisions. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in operational processes and design automated, scalable solutions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Translate stakeholder requirements into cohesive, scalable technical solutions. Change Management & Enablement: Produce clear documentation and train teams to maximize adoption and reduce errors. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and consultants, ensuring performance, renewals, and value. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive HR Operations or Analytics experience, 4+ focused on People Systems/Data Strategy. Proven system architect with hands‑on experience building, maintaining, and improving integrations (API, EDI, flat‑file) and deep knowledge of calculated fields and workflows. Strong data strategist with experience designing data architecture for long‑term forecasting and analytics. Product Management mindset: Own and evolve tools to provide compliant, scalable solutions. Data integrity & audit readiness experience in healthcare or regulated domain. Clear communication and empathy, able to explain complex logic to non‑technical audiences. Operational agility: Execute manual processes now while designing automation for tomorrow. Vendor partnership expertise: Negotiate contracts, renewals, manage performance and value. Fluency in cloud‑native tech, Slack, Google Workspace, and multiple SaaS platforms. AI fluency: Use AI tools for auditing datasets, drafting documentation, or optimizing input validation. Implementation experience leading end‑to‑end implementation of a major enterprise‑level HRIS or ERP. Benefits Competitive compensation plus annual performance bonus.
