US-Canada Powertrain C&C Specialist

We are looking for a talented US-Canada Powertrain C&C Specialist to join our team. In this product-focused role, you will serve as a key technical leader responsible for driving product integration, system performance, and engineering decision-making across the product lifecycle. Working closely with product engineers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, purchasing, and customer-facing stakeholders, you will help deliver reliable, high-quality solutions while navigating complex technical challenges and competing priorities.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in systems engineering, product verification and validation, requirements management, interface integration, and root cause problem solving. You will leverage tools and methodologies such as iDFMEA, ESW processes, 7-Step Problem Solving, design reviews, system modeling, simulation, and failure mode avoidance to guide technical decisions and improve product outcomes.
