Develop individualized care plans using exercises, stretching, hands‑on therapy, and equipment. Document and communicate progress with the healthcare team. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE). Active licence in the state of Arizona. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred).
