Family Medicine - One Year Appointment

Responsibilities The Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, invites Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to apply for a full‑time, one‑year appointment position. The Department of Family Medicine is dedicated to providing reliable, high value, patient-centered, evidence-based medicine in an innovative clinical environment that is supported by education and research. Family Medicine physicians and allied health staff practice in a team environment and serve a large and diverse community at four practice sites. This is a one‑year position and is in a continuity care practice, including population health management. Based on the interest of the applicant, there is opportunity to practice the full spectrum family medicine practice, including obstetrics/pediatrics/preventive service for all age groups, as well as acute care and hospital service responsibilities. Patient care responsibilities would be complemented by participation in education (medical school and/or residency) and research. This range reflects full‑time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
