Junior Civil Engineer

Junior Civil Engineer We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Atlanta. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will assist in the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project success. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, and accommodation will be provided. Responsibilities Assist in the design and planning of civil engineering projects Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for project planning Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications Calculate budgets, timelines, and resource requirements for projects Assist in project management duties such as scheduling, budget tracking, and client communication Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and find solutions Keep up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in technology Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience or internship in civil engineering projects preferred Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction techniques Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Skills Experience using GIS software for mapping and analysis purposes Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in civil engineering Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are passionate about pursuing a career in civil engineering.
