Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $35 - $50 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; occasional overtime Job Summary: We are a well-established HVAC company seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Journeyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a full-time position with steady work, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ventilation units, etc.)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete job reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Valid HVAC Journeyman License (maryland
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (journeyman level)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
