QA Analyst

Secured Assist LLC is seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Agent to monitor and evaluate call center activities from home across Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to federal guidelines.
You will maintain databases, scorecards, and reports, escalate as needed, and handle sensitive information with integrity. Hours are full-time with multiple shifts; starting pay is $15.36 per hour plus benefits.
