Responsibilities Develop strong customer relationships that enable the Enterprise Observability team to become a trusted advisor to stakeholders and business partners Gather functional and business requirements from stakeholders and translate into actionable deliverables by working with engineers, architects, and leaders Ensure ongoing identification and completion of deliverables, managing schedules, milestones, and technical success Ensure accurate reflection of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related tools Monitor and communicate progress of solution delivery and provide status updates on cost, forecast, schedule and risks/issues Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels Anticipate delivery risks and implement mitigation plans Ensure effective usage of change control procedures to manage scope, schedule and cost Steer technical program conversations related to architectural approach and system design; document solutions Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps Provide inputs for leadership updates and facilitate meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree and/or valid industry certifications preferred Extensive experience in a team leadership role, interfacing with executive customers and leading concurrent workstreams Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong business and financial aptitude Experience with ServiceNow and other IT Asset Management tools Strong analytical skills with ability to document business data requirements Operational knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, cloud usage and billing, application development and maintenance Technical application implementation experience with relational databases, large data sets, and iterative design activities Customer-focused attitude and ability to translate customer needs into reporting, analytics, data and stakeholder management Ability to lead customer training, design and knowledge transfer sessions Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation Salary and Benefits Minimum Qualifications Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
