Permanent or Long-Term Hem/Onc Provider in beautiful Southern Washington Location: Walla Walla, WA Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing Setting: Clinic/Hospital Outpatient/Inpatient Schedule/Coverage: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm + Call: 1:2 clinic, hospital/ER nights & weekends; also open 5 a 4 day work week - Tuesday - Friday Caseload: 98% in clinic, 2% in hospital; 100% Oncology; 15 patients per day Salary: * Permanent - Base, without bonus = $520,000; Potential = $600,000 - Base + value based compensation * CMEs - Cover 5 days per year from discretionary fund @ $5500 annually * Relocation Assistance - $15,000 * Member Association Fees - covered * Malpractice Insurance w/Tail - covered * Sign on Bonus - $50,000 * Loan Repayment - Qualifies for PSLF * Bonus & Incentives - Retention $20,000 for 5 years = $100,000 total * Locum Tenens * Give me your best/going rate Credentialing/Privileges Timeframe: 60 days Requirements: * Board Certified * Active, Unrestricted License in Washington or attain WA license; IMLC Accepted * Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases or large payouts in past 7 years) * Willingness to relocate by Jobble
