Johnny's Pizza/Johnny Brusco's New York Style Pizza is a true neighborhood pizzeria. We work diligently to provide an amazing experience for our customers and our employees. We need top notch talent to join our amazing team! Responsibilities:- Reading orders and preparing a vast array of menu items.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate food orders to support accurate and timely delivery to each table.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow recipe and presentation standards to WOW our guests.
- Label food and rotate properly (FIFO).
- We are looking for, at least, 1 year of pizza making experience. Only apply if you have met this requirement and are prepared to make pizza at your interview.
- Open availability.
- Experience with deck ovens & wood pizza peel preferred.
- Slap/stretch dough & prepare pizzas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachable and Team-Oriented.
- Ability to work through rush hours without a break.
