Support production operations while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Assist with machine operation and production processes. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Load, unload, and stage materials for production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures. Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Bilingual required. Forklift certification required. Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred, with injection molding or thermoforming experience being a strong plus. Manufacturing or production experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
