Associate Director Global Oncology Marketing Women's Cancers

Key Responsibilities Develop commercial strategies aligned with “L3” and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver customer value. Support disease area assessment (burden of disease, patient journeys, unmet need, competitive landscape, pipeline). Provide commercial leadership across launch readiness, data gap identification, customer interactions, market research, demand/revenue forecasting, budgeting, events/congresses, and agency partner management. Own launch and commercialization strategies; develop global execution plans, tactics, and materials. Generate market/customer insights (quantitative/qualitative) and develop launch/inline indication materials aligned to compliance and updated as needed. Lead omnichannel strategic communication and measure impact to improve customer experience. Lead agency partner development of customer resources and approvals via the Promotional Review Team (PRT). Partner with regions/markets; update portfolio playbook and external narrative; engage IMO content squads. Drive operational efficiency, innovation using data/analytics/digital, and One Team cross-regional learning. Required Qualifications BS/BA; 5+ years pharmaceutical marketing. Strong written/verbal/presentation skills; business acumen, problem solving, and ability to manage complex initiatives. Ability to work through ambiguity; articulate insights/strategies to leadership. Ability to interpret scientific/clinical data and distill commercial implications. Ability to influence without authority; collaborate cross-functionally. Preferred MBA or PharmD; oncology experience; launch/campaign/message development; scientific background; agency/vendor management; commercial input experience (research, forecasting, customer interactions, disease/portfolio strategy).
