Position Overview As a full‑time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Desoto, MO at the Desoto branch. Your role focuses on delivering a unique customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and creates loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Key Responsibilities Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on financial alternatives. Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate. Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products that meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Skills: Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Identifying Opportunities, Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales. Work Experience: Roles at this level typically do not require a university or college degree, high school diploma, GED, or significant prior experience. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, comparable education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered. Education: No Degree.
