Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Location Highlights

Pleasant Prairie offers convenient access to both Lake Michigan and major Midwest metro areas. The village sits about 10 miles from downtown Kenosha and roughly 40 miles from Milwaukee, giving travelers access to lakefront parks, restaurants, and commuter routes.
