About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide direct, day-to-day support to the CEO and manage the Executive Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive event management, including setting agendas and ensuring the smooth execution of major events. This role also involves CEO staffing, such as serving as a thought partner, preparing the CEO for meetings, and managing a variety of ad hoc requests. The Chief of Staff will be a key point of contact for organizational matters, help maintain team alignment, and support the performance management cycle. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' of experience in an executive support or related role. The role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a genuine desire to support the CEO's effectiveness. Preferred qualifications include a commitment to the company's vision and core values, familiarity with the energy industry, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to have experience in project management, and cross-functional coordination, and be comfortable working closely with senior executives. The position demands a professional who is receptive to creative ideas, can work non-traditional hours, and is willing to travel occasionally.
