IPA Nurse Practitioner

Become a part of our caring community. Job Overview The Nurse Practitioner applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role encompasses diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions and requires independent judgment under minimal supervision. Responsibilities Apply advanced clinical competencies to diagnose and treat acute illness and chronic conditions. Prescribe medication, examine patients, and provide ongoing treatment. Provide health promotion and maintenance for patients. Advises executives on functional strategy development for significant matters. Exercise independent judgment and decision‑making on complex issues related to job duties. Participate in limited on‑call coverage by phone. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 8+ years of technical experience. 2+ years of project leadership experience. Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state. Patient‑facing role as part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program – TB screening required. Passionate about contributing to continuous improvement of consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Master's in Science of Nursing / PA. Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $123,800 - $170,300 per year, based on location and individual qualifications. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
