Hospital-based rounding and cardiothoracic surgery coverage Adult patient population only Average of 1 case per day Trauma Level II facility 20 operating rooms onsite EMR system: EPIC Supported by 3 physician assistants Required Procedures Include: CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting) Arterial revascularization using:

Internal mammary arteries Radial artery Gastroepiploic artery

Redo coronary revascularization with or without valve surgery Pericardial window procedures Heart valve repair and replacement surgery Mitral valve repair Required Skills and Qualifications

Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery Active Ohio medical license Fellowship training required BLS and ACLS certifications required Must be available for listed coverage dates Must be proficient in all required procedures Self-Query NPDB dated within 30 days of presentation required EPIC experience preferred
