Gym America - Gymnastics & Dance Center is seeking a positive individual to work in our front office on evenings and weekends. Hours are Mondays and Wednesdays from approximately 3 to 8 or 4 to 8 or 4:30 to 8:30 and at least 2 weekend shifts per month. Weekends are typically mornings/early afternoons. Additional evening days/hours may be available. This is a part-time hourly position. Individual must be energetic, detail-oriented. Being great with kids, well organized and flexible are a must.

Responsibilities
Assisting in the office with tasks such as registering of students and revision of documents. Other gym and office tasks may include but are not limited to: Greet and assist customers, answer phones, photocopying, filing, data entry, communicate with clients over the phone and via e-mail, draft documents, assist with scheduling, learn how to use and manage our in-house software (jackrabbit), ensure lobby is clean/tidy and other general office duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Enrolled in or has completed a minimum of a 2 year college degree preferred
Able to provide satisfactory background check

Knowledge of Google documents and Google Sheets highly preferred
Energetic with a can do attitude (a must)
Must have strong communication and written skills
