Operations Coordinator - Entry-level - Amazing Growth Opportunities - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!

We are partnering with one of Nebraska’s top companies to add an Operations Coordinator to their team due to a recent promotion! This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, analytical, and curious to learn how a large organization operates. You’ll work with people across the company, gain exposure to different departments, and develop a broad set of business skills.

You don’t need years of experience or a specific career path already figured out. We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, working with both people and numbers, and is eager to learn and show up as their best every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze data and documentation to identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information
• Research issues and determine appropriate solutions using available information and resources
• Reconcile information across systems and ensure records are accurate and complete
• Track workflow and outstanding items to ensure processes stay on schedule
• Prepare reports and analyze information to support internal teams and decision-making
• Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and computer systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

As you build experience, there are opportunities to take on more responsibility and pursue positions in other areas of the organization. You don't have to know exactly what you want your career to look like on day one. This role is a chance to develop a strong foundation, learn what you enjoy, and build from there.

Interviews will be starting immediately, so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
