Compliance Engineer

Virtual Vocations Inc

Leading regulatory compliance and product approval activities, the remote Compliance Engineer will develop certification strategies, monitor regulatory changes, and integrate compliance planning into product development while ensuring adherence to applicable codes and standards. Key responsibilities Develop and execute certification strategies for new and existing products, including UL and regional compliance programs Proactively monitor changes to codes and standards, translating new requirements into engineering actions Coordinate with external testing laboratories and certification agencies while managing certification schedules and documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline 5+ years of experience supporting product compliance, testing, or certification Experience working with UL, Intertek, or similar certification organizations Strong project management and analytical skills
