Full-Time HousekeeperA warm family relocating full-time to Palm Beach this fall is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper. The family includes toddler twin boys, and a friendly family dog. The family values reliability, discretion, and a long-term working relationship.ScheduleFull-time, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)One day per week at a second residence (an apartment approximately 10 minutes from the main home) during periods when extended family is in residenceResponsibilitiesHousekeepingDaily cleaning and upkeep of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchenDeep cleaning on a rotating schedule (baseboards, windows, fixtures, appliances)Care of fine surfaces and finishes (stone, hardwood, specialty fixtures)Keeping closets, pantries, and storage areas organized and maintained to established systemsChanging linens, making beds, and maintaining guest roomsLaundry & Wardrobe CareWashing, drying, ironing, and steaming of family clothing and household linensProper care of delicate and fine fabrics, including hand-washing where neededCoordinating dry cleaning drop-off and pickupSeasonal wardrobe rotation and organized closet upkeepUnpacking and packing for tripsErrands & Household SupportGrocery shopping and household supply runs; keeping inventory stockedPackage handling, returns, and post office/UPS errandsBeing present for scheduled deliveries, vendors, and service appointments as neededLight meal support such as unloading groceries and keeping the kitchen guest-readyLight Family SupportOccasional light child-related tasks as part of the household routine, such as packing snacks and the diaper bag, or tidying play areasPet CareFeeding the family dog and refreshing water dailyTransporting the dog to and from grooming appointmentsOccasional walks or letting the dog out during the dayQualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in a private family home with verifiable referencesStrong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organizationSkilled in the care of fine fabrics, delicate surfaces, and organized household systemsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyComfortable working in a home with young children and a dogTrustworthy, discreet, and respectful of family privacy at all timesPositive, professional attitude; seeking a long-term position
