If checking things off a list is genuinely satisfying, you'll probably feel right at home here.ROXBOX is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager by owning the administrative side of our custom modular construction projects. Rather than managing budgets or directing construction activities, you'll keep documentation organized, communication flowing, and projects moving efficiently from kickoff through completion.What You'll DoCoordinate construction project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, permits, inspections, and project recordsTrack project milestones, schedules, and outstanding action items to help keep projects on scheduleCoordinate communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departmentsAssist with subcontractor onboarding, insurance documentation, and vendor recordsSchedule inspections, deliveries, and project-related activitiesMaintain organized project files and ensure documentation remains current and accurateSupport continuous improvement by helping refine project tracking systems and administrative processesProcess RFIs, Change Orders, Submittal documents, and RFQsWhat Makes You a Great FitConstruction backgroundHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNaturally proactive—you follow through without being remindedProcess-oriented and dependable with a knack for keeping others organizedProfessional, patient, and service-minded when working with clients, vendors, and teammatesExperience & Qualifications2–5 years of construction project coordination, construction administration, or related experienceConstruction, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, or related industry experience preferredExperience coordinating documentation, schedules, contracts, or project records is a plusAbility to read, review, and understand construction drawingsCompensation & Details:Target compensation range: $50,000–$65,000 DOEFull-time position with Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and additional benefitsMonday–Friday scheduleLocation: In-office Houston, TX (77041)Reports directly to the Project ManagerWhy ROXBOX:Work on unique modular construction projects across the countryJoin a growing company where organization and follow-through make a real impactCollaborate with design, production, and project management teamsLeadership that values accountability, continuous improvement, and smart problem-solvingCompetitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow with the companyHow to Apply:Submit your resume and brief cover letter.
