We're looking for a Lead Draftsperson who is ready to elevate our drafting team-someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, mentoring others, and ensuring precision in every project detail.If you love creating order out of complexity, collaborating across project teams, and seeing your work come to life in the built environment, this role is for you.What You'll DoAs the Lead Draftsperson, you will guide drafting efforts from kickoff to final release.
