Position Summary: The On-Call LPN provides clinical support on an as-needed basis, assisting with staffing coverage, call-ins, and urgent resident care needs. This role ensures continuity of care, supports clinical operations, and upholds our standards of excellence in resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and regulatory guidelines Respond to call-offs and staffing needs across shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support and delegate tasks to nursing assistants as appropriate Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies Qualifications: Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state) Current CPR certification required Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, flexible, and responsive to staffing needs Why Join Us: Competitive benefits package including low premiums, short-term disability, long-term disability, HSA contribution matching, 401(k) with company match, and more!
