Assistant Property Manager

Marc Realty is one of the largest Full Service Commercial Real Estate Companies in the Chicagoland Area, with a portfolio of over 35 properties in the best locations. We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Heavy phone contact
Filing and record keeping
Processing and recording purchase orders and invoices
Tenant relations
Basic accounting
Maintenance of service contracts
Assigning tenant requests
Supervision of building staff
Assisting property manager with the day to day operation of the properties
This position requires strong organizational, verbal, and written skills. Candidate must be proficient with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel, and possess strong multi-tasking skills.
Commercial real estate experience is preferred.
Exceptional people skills are a must.

EXPERIENCE:

Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Office: 1 year (Required)
