Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at The QC Network is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting HR operations and employee-related processes. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and helping administer HR policies and procedures. The specialist supports employee benefits coordination, responds to HR-related inquiries, and assists with personnel management tasks such as performance documentation and scheduling HR communications. The role also involves collaborating with management to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, contributing to HR process improvements, and supporting initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge and practical experience with HR Management.
- Ability to interpret, apply, and help maintain HR Policies and procedures.
- Experience supporting Employee Benefits administration and related employee communications.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including record-keeping and coordination of HR activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with HRIS or other HR-related software tools is beneficial.
- Relevant education such as a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
