Pay Rate:Salary - Salary Plan, 70,000.00 USD AnnualJob DescriptionWe’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, leader to join our housekeeping team!Direct all HHS Environmental Service Programs throughout the duration of the shift. Support a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing EVS team across multiple locations in the St. Louis area.Foster a positive, productive, and rewarding work environment built on teamwork, respect, and accountability.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are consistently met across assigned facilities.Conduct regular facility inspections and implement action plans to address opportunities for improvement.Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to support operational excellence.Collaborate with facility leaders, department heads, and HHS leadership to achieve performance goals.Monitor customer and patient satisfaction and implement strategies to improve the overall experience.Analyze operational data and make informed decisions to support facility, budget, and compliance goals.Develop, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and operational budgets.Ensure compliance with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other applicable health and safety regulations.Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to EVS teams across assigned locations.Travel extensively between facilities to support operations and team development.What We're Looking ForQualifications:At least 2 years of experience managing salaried and hourly employees.Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to build relationships with employees, facility leaders, and clients.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and other computer software.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Willingness to relocate for future career advancement opportunities.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing Environmental Services or housekeeping operations in a healthcare setting.Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.Bilingual communication skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus.Experience managing multiple locations or teams.Knowledge of quality assurance programs, labor management, and operational budgets.Travel & TransportationThis is a 100% traveling position.Extensive travel between HHS locations is required.Mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle may be provided, depending on company policy and eligibility.A valid driver's license is required.Flexibility to travel between locations and provide hands-on operational support is essential.What We OfferPaid time off, including vacation and sick leaveMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)Career development and ongoing trainingOpportunities for advancement within a growing organizationAdditional InformationVeterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.HHS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to workplace diversity and inclusion.Who We AreHHS is a privately owned, family-run company dedicated to caring for our team members and delivering honest, quality-driven service.Founded in 1975 as Hospital Housekeeping Systems, HHS has grown into a leading provider of housekeeping, food, and facility management services, serving nearly 1,000 customers across six industries.We are growing rapidly and are looking for motivated leaders to join us in our next stage of growth.At HHS, we believe in promoting from within, developing future leaders, and creating opportunities for team members to build meaningful careers.#App-EVS- #J-18808-Ljbffr Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (USA)
