We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!The Technician is responsible for inspecting vehicles, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing repairs and part replacements, and carrying out routine maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity of the automobiles. They will utilize diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer standards to identify and fix problems with engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and more.PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $60,000 to $100,000 PER YEAR.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Determine cause of malfunction through the use of test equipment, test drives, service bulletin information, and information supplied by customers.Review vehicle history files, perform repairs and provide service advisors with accurate information for repair cost, parts needed, and repair time.Document all work performed and applicable technical information.Maintain regular attendance at shop meetings and training.QUALITIES FOR SUCCESSASE Certifications are preferred.
