Travel could include Dover, NJ, Morristown TN, Whitehall, MI and Acuna Mexico. Job Responsibilities Provide support to the business for effective and efficient implementation of HBS to employees and managers. Assess and diagnose problems from a process, quality, and cultural/people perspective Design and prioritize the development plan and metrics for closing the gap of current and target business change Teach and coach during execution of plan to help create a self-sufficient and continuous improvement culture. Work on HBS projects to increase productivity, capacity, and yield. Qualifications Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 5 year's experience in program management and training Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
