Follow the Freedom Trail, shop the renowned boutiques of Newbury Street or simply relax in your newly renovated room overlooking the historic Public Garden, Beacon Hill and the gilded dome of the State House.The Role• Answer guest and credit card inquiries concerning accounts including the documentation and preparation of adjustments, if necessary, on a timely basis.• Ensure prompt and accurate billing for all accounts and timely collection follow-up.• Maintain credit history and records for regular hotel accounts.• Develop and maintain relationships with regular clients to foster communication and assist in collection.• Print, prepare and mail statements for outstanding City Ledger accounts.• Prepare and maintain complete, accurate and organized records for all outstanding accounts.• Review group and catering contracts and follow up on deposits and prepayments.• Attend pre & post conference meetings with meeting planners.• Obtain credit references.• Prepare daily credit report to Front Desk.• Attend and record minutes at credit meetings.• Submit monthly credit reporting to Corp office.• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.• Flexible schedule, able to work days, evenings, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.Rate: $38.94 per hourWhat to Expect from Your Work ExperienceFREE Medical and Dental insurance for you and your eligible dependents.Have career growth opportunities both within Four Seasons Hotel Boston and worldwide with our company.Get to experience other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts through the complimentary room nights program.Complimentary meals at our employee cafeteria.401k participation with company matching program.Complimentary Life insurance.Vacation & Paid Sick Time Off.And much more!Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
