Job Summary:

Provide specialized occupational therapy services to enhance patients' functional independence. Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to individual needs and recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' physical, emotional, and environmental factors affecting their ability to perform daily activities.
  
  
• 
  Develop and execute personalized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
  
  
• 
  Deliver therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, coordination, and mobility.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to optimize outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and activity modifications.
  
  
• 
  Document treatment activities, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong assessment and therapeutic planning skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  
  
• 
  Maintain certification in CPR and healthcare-related requirements.
