About the Position

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required License: BLS required Certifications: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Must-Have: Siemens equipment experience, experience with general MRI exams, implants, elastography, defecography, breast, and cardiac MRI procedures Description: This position is for an MRI Tech. The shift is 5x8s from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday. On weeks without Saturday shifts, this role totals 40 hours. On weeks that include Saturday shifts, the schedule will be four 8-hour shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM from Monday to Friday, plus an 8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, also totaling 40 hours. There is no call requirement for this position. The MRI Tech may be required to float between different facilities as needed. Clienttion badges are required and must be provided by the agency. Candidates with pending licenses will be considered if proof of application is provided. RTO must be included at the time of submission and approval will be based on unit needs. During hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. It is important for employees to complete all compliance labs prior to any planned vacations. Modules are non-billable and typically require an average of 4 hours to complete. All modules must be completed prior to the official start date.
