Job Summary:

Avir at Willowcreek, a warm and supportive community, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LVN Charge Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team! As a member of our family, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents, while also supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, implementing individualized care plans under the guidance of the charge nurse
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring seamless care delivery
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Nurse License
• Valid CPR Certification
• I.V. Certification preferred
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
